Anthropic requires 10 certified members to reach Select Tier because they want to verify actual organizational delivery capacity. We are hiring a permanent engineering pod to execute our growing pipeline of Claude-based enterprise deployments.
What you are getting
The Path to October 1st
We are working against a hard deadline. This is a structured, 5-stage sprint to reach Select Tier status and begin taking on Anthropic-influenced client work.
Application & Qualification Days 1–3
You submit the rigorous form below. We review within 24-48 hours. We are not being selective just to be exclusive; we are filtering for one thing: can you credibly pass the exam before October 1st? We reject anyone who seems passive or unable to hit the timeline.
Acceptance & Payment Days 3–5
If accepted, you receive an email with a secure payment link for the $300 track fee. You have 48 hours to pay. If not, your slot goes to the next applicant. Urgency is real.
Onboarding & Discord Within 24 Hours
Once payment clears, we manually provision your @slickrock.dev email and add you to Anthropic's portal. You are also invited to our private Discord to begin collaborating with the engineering pod.
Cert Sprint Sept 15 Deadline
You complete the 4 required courses within a week. We have a soft internal deadline of September 15th for everyone to pass the CCA-F exam. This gives us a 2-week buffer before Anthropic's October 1st evaluation for anyone who needs a retake.
Client Pipeline Ongoing
Running in parallel with the sprint. We have a dedicated Discord channel for client intros and warm leads. You are expected to bring referrals—not just receive them. Everyone has skin in the game to hit the 2-deployment requirement.
Important transparency
A one-time $300 contribution covers your Anthropic Academy exam sponsorship (~$40 value), professional @slickrock.devemail, and cohort onboarding. Non-refundable — we're building a serious bench, not a mailing list.
Retake Policy: Your first CCA-F exam attempt is sponsored. If you fail, any subsequent retakes must be paid for out of pocket by you.
Active in 90 Days: Anthropic requires partners to be active in the past 90 days to maintain Select Tier headcount. We will verify this via your participation in our client delivery pod or verified code commits on Slickrock projects.
Success is not guaranteed. We are aiming for Select Tier, but it depends on collective execution (10 certified members + 2 production projects + 1 case study). Anthropic's Select Tier evaluation is on October 1st, which is the hard deadline we are working against.
What we expect from you
Skin in the game
You will sign a formal contractor agreement that outlines revenue share, confidentiality, and delivery expectations.
Client-ready execution
This is not just about passing an exam. You must be able to ship production-grade Anthropic integrations for enterprise clients.
Commitment to the pod
We operate as a cohesive engineering unit. You are expected to be highly responsive and engaged in our private Discord.
Pass the CCA-F exam
Your first attempt is sponsored. Passing the exam within 3 weeks of onboarding is a hard requirement for continued client deployment.
Bring Client Referrals
We operate with a founding stake mentality. You are expected to bring warm leads to the pipeline, not just wait to receive them.
Public Customer Story
Anthropic requires a public case study. You must have at least one client deployment willing to be named publicly to help the pod hit Select Tier.
